The following documents are required for opening of Customer On-boarding Digital Account:

  • Front and back Scanned copy or photo of valid original Computerized / Smart National Identity Card issued by National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). In case of expired identity card, NADRA token/ receipt for renewal purposes may also be used.
  • Signature (wet/digital/electronic) or any other authentication method as per bank’s/MFB’s approved policy/procedure.​
  • Proof of business/work and source of income/funds of the customer (whereby Self-declaration for ADA, ADRA and Freelancer Account will suffice the purpose).
  • Live photo of the customer.
  • NOTE: Files can be uploaded in JPG,JPEG and PNG format(3 Pages maximum) with a recommended file size of 5 MB for each uploaded document.
